We are a network of hugely experienced and talented retirees from a variety of backgrounds.

We donate our time, wealth of knowledge and experience to help bring climate projects to fruition.

How it works

To frame our efforts, we are creating a global climate transition plan using existing technologies to give the Earth an urgent fossil-fuel free breathing space by 2050.

We use the Pareto (or 80/20) rule to focus resources on projects of maximum climate impact.

We prioritise projects and match them to volunteers with the right skills and experience to accelerate implementation.
